With a selection of over 50 varieties and a staff that is given frequent trainings from local and national distillers our knowledge and options will keep even the most discerning of taste buds happy. Locally Sourced Menu To provide the highest quality to our patrons, Mead Street starts with top tier ingredients. Much of our components are locally sourced—from meats to bread—and our dishes are scratch made with care by our chefs. We want to offer delicious options for everyone so we include gluten free breads, vegetarian-friendly items, and entrees featuring fish. All of our meat is GMO free so we can be proud of what we’re putting on your plate, and you can feel good about what you’re putting into your body. Burgers Mead Street Station is known for our signature burger menu. We start with 1/3 pound, all-natural, Colorado-sourced, grass fed angus and proceed to garnish the patties with our house-made toppings; from sweet & savory bacon jam to tangy, trademark barbeque sauce you can rest assured that you are getting the freshest, highest-quality burgers. Our veggie patty is a hearty, original recipe that we are happy to substitute on beef options. We offer the classics—from Eggs Benedict to mimosas—but also keep it fresh and a little more daring with things like the sweet and savory chicken & waffles, or the slightly stronger twist on a classic, the MANmosa. All of our brunch menu items are available from open until 3pm every Saturday & Sunday. Specials & Events Almost every day of the week Mead Street offers different specials. Mondays are dedicated to our Burger & a Beer deal: our classic burger with your choice of cheese, a side of regular fries, and any of our happy hour draft beer options for only $10. On Whiskey & Wing Wednesday we run a ½ pound of our signature house-smoked wings and a shot of Jim Beam for a bargain at $5. To accommodate days of the big games we offer five-count buckets of Bud or Bud Light for $13 on Thursday night, and all day Saturday & Sunday.
